Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1008) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 70(RES)                                                                                               
    "An Act adding land and water to the Creamer's Field Migratory                                                              
    Waterfowl Refuge."

amendment to CSHB 70(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 70(RES),
